  Every XWA Power cable passes a rigorous 4-stage quality control process before leaving our factory:

  1. Raw material inspection — conductor dimensions, insulation material purity, and mechanical properties verified on arrival,
  2. In-process monitoring — continuous testing during extrusion and stranding to maintain dimensional tolerances,
  3. 100% per-metre electrical testing — conductor resistance, insulation resistance, and voltage withstand test on every finished drum,
